How long should preschool snack be?
We do keep snack time to right around 15 minutes and snack options are set up by me and we try to keep them healthy for the students. However, if you would like, we can discuss other options that I can have John work on during snack time if you would prefer that he does not partake in eating a snack at school.
How do you make snack time fun?
Here are a few suggestions:
- At snack time, have them thread Cheerios on a string before eating them.
- Fill a pitcher so it is half-full of water and let each child pour water in his drinking glass.
- Set food on platters and deposit them in the centre of the table.
