Goose for Saint Martin's Day in the Akademia.


We are happy to inform you, that from 10 November to 3 December 2017 the Akademia will serve dishes made from Goose, as a part of the action “Gęsina na Świętego Marcina” (Goose for Saint Martin’s Day). We were chosen to participate in this action, amongst other restaurants form Poland by Slow Food Polska. We invite you to try our special Goose menu!

This action’s main is to promote Polish Goose meat and to go back to old, proven culinary traditions.
