Seasonal dishes served in the Akademia Restaurant obviously change throughout the year. As the seasons are changing, the availability of certain products is altering and that is why we modify the seasonal dishes constantly. At the very moment mushroom season is in its fullest. Delicate, aromatic and simply delicious - those are characteristics of mushrooms. That is why our cooks decided to include this ingredient in our current menu with seasonal dishes.
